“Good”

“Houskeeping opening door at 915 am, talking loudly to coworker in hallway. Im still in bed, so i call out hello. She says oh, housekeeping, do you need anything. I said no. She closed door. I go for breakfast, where it must be brong your kids amd family to works. 2 kids maybe 4 and 5 argung in breakfast area, 2 more behind the front desk. Adults maybe friends or family or more staff all having social hour. Breakfast area a mess. Plates of food on tables. Take my coffee back to my room.I just get...

“Posto pulitissimo, camera spaziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo: per andare a Nashville bisogna avere per forza la macchina (dista una ventina di minuti di superstrada). Colazione di altissimo livello!”

“The parking was very safe . The staff was very friendly and helpful . Didn't realize when i booked our stay that they didnt offer free breakfast or even have a coffeemaker and coffee in our room but at least there was a waffle house near there . You had to go everyday and do a towel exchange if you wanted clean towels and never did see a person to clean the room. ”

“The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! ”

“Room had hair in it and was pretty dirty I saw some yellow stuff in my shower when i got in. I ended up missing my brunch because the shower wouldn’t heat up for almost half an hour in the morning. Motel experience for a hotel price.”

“They put me in the wrong room with the wrong shower so i was unable to take a bath so I think I should get a refund. Thanks ”
